Meet Sofia
Hello,
I am Sofia. I am a highly intuitive, neuro-diverse, spiritual channel, teacher, guide, artist and space holder. My own challenges in life, have drawn me around the globe in search of ancient spiritual teachings, techniques and ways of living to help heal myself and others as we face the complex challenges of the modern world. Those same teachings are also what brought me home to realize, chasing things outside myself, wasn't going to make me love myself any deeper, instead I had to take time to be with the real me, and to love every piece of me. This is an ongoing process.
My own journey has been laced with a long list of tremendous health challenges and great loss. Yet I am still blessed with spiritual awakenings and too many initiatory adventures to count. What held me through it all was listening to my higher self and realizing I was never alone. As I woke up to the love that surrounds me everyday, I have also woken up to loving myself more and more. And what many of us don't realize is that loving ourselves is literally at the heart of unravelling our suffering.
We are here to evolve, know our divinity and to transform the karmic, ancestral and societal illnesses of our times. Yet everything projected around us, attempts to keep us trapped in the old model, the old expectations and ideals. Spiritual wellness doesn't just include what is generally accepted. Instead, it comes from your relationship with yourself and whether or not you are willing to learn to love your whole self.

True power lies within vulnerability. Fear and trauma that holds us back, is exactly what we are here to cut through, heal and release. When we discover that we are supported by spirit we learn to love ourselves unconditionally, in turn breaking the cycle of reactions, patterns and habits that keep us imprisoned in our suffering. One of the most loving things we can do for ourselves is to ask for help, and to seek spiritual support. There are many different doorway to the center of yourself, to your higher self, your Soul. The goal is for you recover the parts of yourself that been lost. And build a solid relationship with who you are as a divine being.
This is Soul Tending. Reclaiming our soul parts and tending to our unspoken needs brings us into alignment with our divine spark and enable us to move beyond suffering.

Spirit Guide Readings connect with your guides, allowing you to get access to the information that is most beneficial to you at the time. You have the opportunity to ask several questions. These readings can bring clarity and activation into your life.
Customized Stone and Flower Essences are a beautiful way to integrate your growth, for they work on a subtle energetic and emotional level, supporting your transformation and healing. A consult is brief, but can either start a process or help support a greater shift in the works.
Feeding Your Demons™ is a beautifully guided contemporary therapy technique based in ancient meditation ritual. Through guided visualization we access the real needs of our shadow, transforming these parts into powerful allies. We can then work with them in our real lives to create positive change.
In the Sacred Mandala of the Self you get a chance to be with others and yourself as you tap into a greater understanding of how you express and relate in the world, while allowing creativity to reconnect you with the spontaneity of the inner child.
A Soul Care Session focuses on spiritual guidance and healing. Akin to shamanic healing, we focus on where you are most ready to receive and guidance you need. The session is held by love and compassion through the direction of your spirit guides and mine. Here you can receive a soul retrieval, the removal of something energetic that has been holding you back, spiritual power to help you move forward where you have not been able or even guidance that is critical to your self knowing. In addition, you are powerfully held by Mother Earth through plant and stone medicine of different kinds.
I work with a myriad of spirit helpers, connecting with the ones that resonate with your soul, along side the nurturing support of mother earth. Using stone, flower and plant medicine to support your transformation, the rituals I will offer you are self care that can change your life. You will have access to hand made essences, oils, elixirs, teas and balms for your body. Ceremony and opportunities for private sessions on the land are also available.
To summarize, I blend twenty years as a professional artist and teacher with years of spiritual training in Mindfulness and Tantric wisdom, Shamanic healing and connecting to spirit, Stone and Plant medicine, Alpha and Theta Meditation as well as Ayurveda in its core principles. Most importantly is our connection to ourselves, spirit, the land we live on and the creation of ceremony and ritual. Heart - a channeled artwork
Art is a direct channel to messages from spirit and our deepest inner knowing. Even though I was a professional artist for a long time, part of my own healing was to get back to the inner child's wisdom through art and creativity. Sometimes after we've done something for a long time, we forget how to simply allow things to unfold, be curious and let what appears a failure to actually teach us new things. When I set out to paint this piece it was a late night at the studio and the feelings trapped inside me, drew me to the canvas. I thought of nothing the entire time, allowing the images to simply arise before me, my brush falling across the page and spirit showing me what it wanted to reveal. After painting for over an hour and a half, I stepped back stunned at the messages and nuances in the imagery, as if I'd just woken up to face this image made by another version of myself. I'll let you decipher for yourself what spirit is saying in this piece.
